'GoFAR Forest 4.2.1 Run'
Welcome to the 6th running of the GoFAR Forest 4.2.1 trail race!
The 4 mile run will take you through the forest while challenging your trail running skills. The 1 & 2 mile runs will also take you through the forest while allowing you to pick up the tempo if you so desire.
For those who have not heard of GoFAR USA Park, we are a family owned and operated outdoor adventure park with all sorts of outdoor activities including a farm animal petting zoo. We are located near I65 on the east side of Decatur, AL between Priceville and Hartselle. Check us out at https://gofarusapark.com/ and on Facebook. Race Course Description
Expect single track dirt trails after a start on a wider gravel path. You will encounter some flats, hills, roots and rocks! The 4, 2 & 1 mile runs will share some of the same trails but the running times will not overlap so you can run any 1, 2 or even all 3 races if you would like some extra mileage. If you like ultra trail course runs then you will like this event - its just a bit more compact. Chip Timing by the River City Runners ( www.rivercityrunners.org ) to catch your finish. After you sign up you are welcome to come pre-run the trail during normal business hours.
T-Shirt is guaranteed for all participants in by end of day May 1, 2026.

Awards
Age Group awards for the top 3 finishers in each age category for the 4 mile and top 3 male & female runners in the 2 & 1 mile runs!

Bring your families and enjoy the natural playscape, Human Foosball , Gaga Ball, and our obstacle courses free for your family's use during the run.

Single:
- 4 Mile: $25
- 2 Mile: $15
- 1 Mile: $15
Double:
- Combo 21: 2 & 1 mile: $20
- Combo 41: 4 & 1 Mile: $30
- Combo 42: 4 & 2 Mile: $30
Triple:
- Combo 421: 4, 2 & 1 Mile: $35
*Fee Increases by $10 for entries after April 26th.
